Cancellation Policy

We offer a credit on your booking up to 14 days prior to the start of your camp. This credit can be used for future camps or transferred to another participant.

Within 14 days of a camp start date, we do not offer a credit for another camp. This is due to the minimum numbers of activities that need to be confirmed and costs that require covering at this point. You can transfer the registration to another participant for the same camp though.

What if I change my mind or my child no longer wishes to attend?

We do not offer refunds or credits for simple “change of mind” cases. If your child/ren decide that they no longer wish to attend, you can transfer their registration to someone else for the same camp.

Cancellations, refunds and camp credits due to COVID-19:

Given the current environment, rising case numbers and the change in government definitions around close contacts and general policy for business, we have made some important updates to our policy around camp credits for cancelling a camp booking or if you choose to remove your child/ren from camp.

Based on advice from NSW health, as all the children are outside for the vast majority of the program, they are not considered “close contacts”.

If you cancel within 5 days of camp commencement, due to being a close contact, returning a positive COVID result or needing to isolate you can get a credit of $220.00, which is the equivalent of 2 day’s at camp

It is simply not feasible for us, as a small business, to offer camp credits or refunds once a camp has commenced. Each camp has a certain amount of fixed costs that do not change and there is no more government support for COVID affected businesses.
 

COVID-19 and Adventure Pro:

If you cancel within 5 days of camp commencement, due to being a close contact, returning a positive covid result or needing to isolate you can get a credit of $199.95 - $100 deposit required to secure your accommodation. The hire fee does not change for us this close to camp.

What if a camp is cancelled?

While cancellations on our part are rare, they can happen, we do everything that we can to avoid it. Although with government enforced lockdowns, sometimes these things are out of our control.

We will make every effort to reschedule or to move your kids to another camp. In the event that we cannot reschedule, or find an alternate camp you will receive a full camp credit.
